Cleaning, Grading & Sorting For Seeds

The line is engaged in preclearing to remove farm impurities and then for Sortex as per density, color weight as size depending on the product. The cleaning line uses Sifters, Destones, Gravity separators and Multivision Sortex with on line Metal detector to ensure purest quality of Seeds.

Pulverizing And Blending

Pulverizing is a reduction of particle sized process. The process takes place at controlled cool temperature to retain aroma and keep the characteristics of the product intact. Blenders are used for roasting and blending of Spices

Steam sterilisation is an environment friendly and extremely effective sterilisation method. Our company has reliable Steam treatment partners which are validated by GBA India (Eureka) for their processes and which do not handle allergens for processing.

Quality Control

Once the raw material is inside the facility the quality team ensures checks on regular basis while the product is being processed.
